fluted molding

Post by Greg Whitman »

Does anyone have a flat 4-6 inch fluted molding that is sizeable? I checked on the forum but couldn't find one.Greg

Greg,

Have you tried to make the molding?

Hi Gary

I have tried to make the molding out of a display board but I can't seem to get the board in the right direction to get my tool to cut the flutes correctly. I'm pretty new with the part editor.

Check out the Part Editor videos within eCabinets. Also, I have created a document that attempts to take some of the mystery out of the Part Editor. You can find it on the second page under Training at eCabWorld and it is titled "Part Editor Demystified."

Hi Dan
Thanks so much for the molding. I took a look at the video and your page. Maybe next time I will be able to do it myself. Thanks again.

No problem Greg,

Like a great wizard once said to me " Give a man a fish feed him for a day teach him how to fish" well you get the drift.
