"..."

Is there a line number? Scroll down on the description, the line number is the most important of the error message.

Thanks,
Rick

Hi Rick, I cant seem to get the error message to expand, it has no corner stretching - wont respond to scroll wheel or anything else

Dennis,

You will have to open the event viewer to get the error message. the easiest way to do this is to select Start, then RUN. Type eventvwr.msc and press ENTER. Under Windows Logs, select Application, and then find the 'X' that details the problem.

You should be able to highlight the text in this window and then press <ctrl><C> to copy the text. Paste this into your post for our review.

Does the folder c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents exists on your system?

Rick, that folder is on the computer but would not open, when I clicked on it access was denied.

I got a Windows Install error when I first tried to install eCabnets 6 also. I decided my file was corrupted on the download somehow and downloaded it again. I didn't have any problems the second time.

I think I am making progress here, got past the old error message and now have one - error 1303 asking me to log on as administrator, but I am logged on as administrator.
Don't know what to do next, can anyone tell me how to be "more" administrative.

Thanks,
Dennis

Dennis,

Can you let us all know what you did to get it working. Not crucial, but it might help others in solving this same error. This might allow us to resolve the problem in the installer as well.

Thanks.
