Hi Thom,
I have the profile modeler program here on my list of things to do.
Hoping to get onto it either tonight or one night this week.
we will probably never use the profile modeler but there could be some fixes in it aswell.
If you get around to it before me could you please let me know how it goes?

The Profile Modeler is a software package desinged here at Thermwood/eCabinet systems that will work with the Thermwood Software. The purpose of this software is to be able to machine profiles and moldings created in eCabinets. Previously there was no way to export these parts to the machine and cut. Now you will be able to create a twd file as before but instead of running it through the Control Nesting sofware you will use the Profile Modeler to create the tool paths and the cnc code. You must have Version 5.05 build 6.0 of the Thermwood software. You can contact our Retrofit department on costing as this will vary depending on weather or not you are a member of the advanced support program and what version of software you are currently running on your machine.

Hey how's all going?

I have been emailing jason about it and he has told me at the moment the program is set in imperial and they are working on the metric one at the moment! Unless you want to change your whole tooling to imperial to use it and by adding a G70 or G71 so it can convert the imperial code to metric code! and change your X and Y shift to imperial.

Cheers
