I am trying to figure out Profile Modeler and have stumbled my way through most of it. I have a couple of questions...
1) When I write the file it nests the part at the upper left corner of the table. We have a 5' x 10' table and 4'x 8" material. How do I import the material that I am cutting and/or set the location of where I want it to nest. In the perfect world I would take the upper left corner of the sheet, however I would also be happy with the lower right.
2) What should I have my profile edge cutter set at to remove material? I think it is set at .0625" down & .0625 in...seems to take forever to do a profile edge.
3) In general how does a person know what speeds and other settings to set the bits at?
Thanks for any help you can provide

Re: Nesting in Profile Modeler
Hi Brenda
This question might get a better response in The Thermwood 3-Axis Machinery forum down near the bottom of the list. It is for people that have a machine.
This forum focuses more on the Ecabs side of things, a lot of us don't have machines and haven't any useful advice we can offer.
Good luck.
