I get this error message far to often while trying to save batch files. Regenerating each cabinet in the batch does seem to resolve it, but naturally shouldn't be necessary. Anyone kn ow what's causing it?
Thanks

Nat, are you still able to save the file after you get this error?
I reported an issue a while ago that sounds something like this. It might be fixed in the next release.

Hi John,
This error is followed by something along the lines of 'unable to save file'. It's become a significant annoyance.

Hey guys,
I've been trying to hunt down the cause for months, it is happening more and more frequently to me as of late. The issue is that somehow the cabinet's part bodies are lost, and they can usually be regenerated by "removing part editor cuts from entire cabinet" even if there are no part editor cuts. I don't know why it's losing the part bodies though - it's been driving me nuts too!

The only time that this has happened in the batch is after I have changed the material. This error comes up and then I am unable to save the changes. Thankfully I have still been able to write the twd files.Nat Wheatley wrote:Hi John,

I did speak with Scott about this and I don't recall if a bug was found or not. It was earlier this year.
