Registration Code already used

Ken,

After some time away from the software, I'm trying to intialize andother instance of V5 on a laptop, after I had installed the same license on my desktop.
The software error message I receive basically states that I cannot use the code to initialize an instance of the software if its already been installed on antoher machine.

I see now that i am also two versions behind w/ V5. Can you help me understand the bets way to:
1. Get current w/ the software, (download or disk?)?
2. Intialize a copy on my laptop so I can work on the train?
