drag lines
Ladies and gentelman,
I had to break down and get a new computer.
E-cabs runs on it very well, much quicker, good render speed,no probems rotating, etc.
The only thing I am seeing is when I am dragging cabinets around in room layout, I am getting the trails/traces behind the cabinet, and it does make it hard to place a cabinet.
I seem to remember this happening to me or other people before, but I cant remember the remedy????
Any help?

Re: drag lines
Those are good suggestions but, unfortunately, they are wrong! You gotta buy pizza for the programmers to get it fixed!!!

Re: drag lines
I'm having this problem as well with Windows 8. It also doesn't want to allow me to drag a cabinet through a wall in the overhead view to place it up against that wall (i.e. you seem to need to place each cabinet freehand or type in the exact position and then manually associate it to the proper wall[s]). Has anyone figured out a universal fix for this issue or is it specific to each system/operating system?

Re: drag lines
OK may not be the answer you are after, or even the right one for that matter, but running integrated graphics - your intel HD Graphics - is quite probably be the cause of your problem. Try:
- newest graphics drivers
- lowering screen resolution
- reduce hardware acceleration
- failing that get a computer with dedicated graphics.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
