RTA/Lock Dado Not Showing

Post by TonyGiunta »

All of a sudden, I can't get the fastener holes to show up. If a take a standard detached toe and do a joint global to either RTA or Lock Dado, they don't show up in the cabinet editor, nor when I nest it. But on Cab Buy list the RTA fitting count is there. Never had this problem before and don't know what could be causing this. I have restarted eCab and still have problem. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Reapply the KD/RTA hole pattern to the cabinet using the KD/RTA tab in the item window

Thanks Rick, that seemed to do the trick when I also assigned a hole pattern. But I never had to do that before. I could just load a standard cab and choose which joint. Why isn't the hole pattern sticking to the RTA fastener for standard menu joints?

OK, It seems like just the detached toe kick standard cabinet does not have a hole pattern pre-assigned in eCab. It used to I'm sure. How can this be changed since you can't overwrite a cab in the standard directory with any changes (i.e.hole pattern)?

Save then cabinet in a different folder, then copy then cabinet file to the Standard Cabinets folder via Windows file explorer

OK, Thanks Rick. Can't imagine how that changed in the 1st place.
