Stretcher Loosing Profile Cuts When Resizing

I have this clipped corner cabinet that I have ben working on to make it resizable using a stretcher for the clipped stile I have it so that it will move with the different sizes as needed and even resize in width based on the end offset and face frame offset. All works great. But when I apply a 45 deg. bevel in part editor and resize it up for example from 36 in. to 40 in. it resizes fine. then when I resize it back to 36in. I loose the part editor cuts. See the video and notice that the Profiles on the end and stile all work. Just the stretcher fails.
