Sheet void

Post by Gerry A Brown »

Hi,

I am having a hard time getting my head around how the sheet void area works in Control nesting 5.73. I understand the basic idea of the feature but don't know how to indicate a particular location on a sheet that needs to be voided. :wall: Could someone please clue me in on this works.

TIA,
Gerry

You enter points from absolute 0,0 to define the location of the void on the sheet. The origin should be the corner of the sheet closest to home. The series of points must be closed.

Hi Dennis,

I have been trying to use the rectangle center point option. I am going out to the router to give it another go & I will also try just inputting points to see if that works for me.
I think I need a how to video. Can you put that on your to do list :joker:

Thanks,
Gerry
