eCab Printing in Cabinet editor.

Post by Steve Detina »

Hello folks,

Since the new build I have been having problems printing in the cabinet editor. If I open a cabinet and try to print it in the cabinet editor eCab stops working. I have to restart it every time.

The same thing happens when I try to create a room and then place the cabinets in the room and try to print, eCab will stop working.

Now if I take that room into presentation view and try to print it works and the image prints, but eCab will stop working when I try to exit prsentation view.

Same printer for last two years. All drivers are up to date. No issues printing with any other software.

Any Ideas.

Thanks in advance.

Steve

We need more info from you. After you get the crash, please go directly to the Windows Event Viewer {Start, Right-Click on Computer, select Manage (wait for dialog), Expand the Event Viewer tree, then Windows Logs, then select Application (wait for it to populate)} and give us all the details of the newest error listed (double click to open the error). What type of video card to you have?
