On the attached cabinet, I'm wondering if there's any way to do the toekick on the attached cabinet (recessed 19mm) without the notches on the sides?

Nat,
Go to Construction Settings toe kick tab and set your toekick height at 1MM
Got to Construction Settings Deck Tab and enter a bottom Deck inset of 127MM
This should do what you want
The router will notch you toe kick 1mm deep but it never gave me any problems

Nat,
I guess you could set a toe kick height of .1mm and a deck inset of 127.9mm if you want a smaller notch

Re: Toekick Notch
Kerry, that's perfect, thanks a million. I went with 1mm, and that works well. There's 1mm edgeband on the bottom of the sides, and it just keeps this back 19mm from the front edge.
I've always cut these parts manually and pocket screwed them together, along with some other misc backer pieces for field assembly. This is great that I can cut them on the router now and have the RTA fittings as well.
Thanks again for the help.
