As you can see by my picture the off falls that are created are not rectangular. They should be. Any ideas why this would happen?

Is the upper "off fall" really off fall? Did you get a label for both pieces of off fall or only the lower one in the pic?

Do you have this box checked in your Nesting Parameters for the Settings Group your material is in?

Perhaps the issue is more with the selection regarding the handling of Off-Falls. You now have the option of Cut Full Perimeter of the Offall, just Save Only where the "raw" shape is saved or ignoring (None) them altogether. If the Full Perimeter is not selected, then... well you probably won't get your rectangular shapes.
