Tom, can you post one of the jobs here? It might be good to zip the job first.

Josh, able to open the file, THANK YOU! What do I need to do to the rest of my files so I can open them also?

Do you know Jedi mind control? That's how I fixed the file - but I have been practicing for years stacking oranges with my eyes closed and hands tied behind my back
It takes much work but you too can achieve it

I've tried the mind control, but he void above my shoulders can't seem to stack the oranges. I have all my doors, cabinets and assemblies but am told they are an invalid file type, can't open the jobs either. Obi Won, where is the secret held?

Well to be honest I have no idea, all I did was open the file and save it, then send it back to you
Hopefully somebody who actually knows something (like maybe Scott) can chime in if they see the thread
Don't hesitate to contact them via email at cabinets@thermwood.com to get expedited assistance if you need it, not sure that they check the forum every day

This happens to me from time to time and I have always had to have a client open the file and save it then send it back. Really don't know what is going on.

So I sent all the un-openable jobs to My Documents and was able to open them from there. Crazy stuff man, crazy. Computers DO rule the world.
