Lazy Susan Install

Post by JR Allen »

Hello everyone, I'm needing some help on the Lazy Susan install. I recently realized I don't have any LS images or folder in hardware objects to select from. I tried a reinstall of the LS download and it says there is a newer version installed on my computer but I can't find it. All the other installs worked fine ( pulls- materials ) but no LS, can't find any sort of folder for this hardware. So I'm lost as to does it exist and where would I find it. Thanks in advance for any info.

JR. When you click on Hardware objects If you do not see the folder for lazy Susan try clicking on the home Icon. It should then show the folders of the hardware objects that you have installed.

Thanks for the input, I'm including some screen shots of what I see if that's helpful. I can't seem to find the so called newer version or any folder of lazy susans.

JR,

* Try shutting down eCabSys.
* Go to Windows Control Panel, Programs and Features, find eCabinet Systems Lazy Susans in the list, select it and Uninstall.
* Run the Susan install again and see what happens.

Thanks for the reply Scott, That's the odd thing - I can not find the folder ( see included attachment ). I suppose it's not a big deal graphically but would be nice to price, could always add to the buy list.
