Shouldn't the nest diagram show the extended blind dado length, compensating for the bit? I thought it should be overcut the bit radius + 10%
My nest diagrams show the tenons and dadoes the same length. 0.25" bit specified.
Thanks,
Ron

Dado extensions are created by Conrtol Nesting (or Shopbot Link) not eCabinet Systems. You will see fit and depth clearances in the eCabSys nest, but not dado extensions. We need to know the tooling from the machine to do that accurately. (Blind dado dados require an overshoot of the radius of the outline tool + radius of the dado tool, and they are not always the same).
