Door Hardware hole Pattern

Post by Ted Illi »

I've done everything the same per the training instructions etc and get the hole patterns the way I want them for everything. The drawer slides and door hinge mount show up perfectly but the door hinge hole (35mm hole) pattern does not show up? The slides, hinges, and mounts all show with the correct number up in the buy list. Whats going on? Any help appreciated..... very frustrated to say the least! :(

Thanks
Ted

Ted,

I believe Dennis had wanted you to email the cabinet to the support group. Hopefully someone there will review this thread and see your attachment.

Saw the post this morning.

While the doors are designated as Build in House, these are 5 piece doors will not show the hole pattern. It does not cut these doors on the machine. If you replace the doors with a slab door, you will see a pattern.

Thanks much to all. I now understand why the holes don't show up or get drilled. However the holes still need to be drilled? Also now know why in house 5 piece flat panel doors made with sheet stock don't get nested or cut either. Is a separate door program for building in house doors required? Wondering what others do to run in house doors components?
