Hi Nat.
The drawer box hole pattern will not transfer to the ends of the second cabinet because the drawer is in first cabinet or vice versa. You can however get the hole pattern by taking the left end of the cabinet that has the hole pattern for example into the part editor and creating edges. Select the front edge and offset it by 14 15/16 in this case. Now you need to mirror the hole pattern. Select the holes that you wish to mirror then click on the mirror tool and select line. This should mirror the hole pattern. Now you need to select these new holes and create a pocket at the depth that you wish. From here you can take the part into constraint manager and tweak them as needed.
