Why?

Latest version of CN installed today. Still getting this message when I enter a recut number from a label.
What other info is needed to troubleshoot?

Had a phone conversation with Josh this morning and had him delete his history.mdb file from the C:\Rolling Nest directory and delete his files in the C:\Rolling Nest\SavedHistory folder. After that, all seems to be working correctly.
