Problems with 6.1

Post by Donald Thomson »

I loaded a job that worked perfectly in the beta and RC versions and saved it yesterday under the last RC version. I've nested it on multiple occasions, run cutlists and many other operations with no problem.

Now I load the project into 6.1 and run a nesting operation and get the following error dialog. Please tell me I am not going to have to go through and rebuild all the cabinets under 6.1. That will take hours of work and I don't have time to do that.

No changes were made between the last RC and the Release. Can you send the job to cabinets@thermwood.com for us to take a look at?

I just encountered the same issue with a cabinet that I've used for a couple years with no issues. It does seem to nest okay though.

Also I got the warning when I output the twd not when it loaded in control nest.

Rick,

I keep getting an error when I email this project. It says

Error 552: DATA size exceeds the maximum permitted.

Don't think it's on my end because I've sent larger emails, then the one I'm trying to send to you, to other people.
Sincerely,

Don,

Do you have a DropBox account? If you do load the file there and email the link for it to cabinets@thermwood.com

If you don't you can go to www.dropbox.com and sign up for one. It is a free file sharing website. After you have signed up and logged in, there is a button to upload a file. Once it has been uploaded, you have the option to share a link to the file. You can either copy and paste the link into an email and send it to us, or within the dialog box you can put an email address in to share the link.
