I think that control nest is not compensating properly for the amount it trims off the sheet. In my case .05" and the parts with tenon cuts as a flip are not lining up with the outline cutter by that amount. I haven't test on my end yet but thought that it may be known already. I'm going to run a test with a larger trim amount and see if it affects it.
