V6.1 Crashing

Post by Nat Wheatley »

I've had the program crash a fair amount of times recently. It's happened on a number of different projects, and I'm not clear on what's causing it. It seems to happen at random times and I can't put a finger on what the instances have in common. Today I added some constraints to a cabinet, and believe it crashed going back the CE and may have crashed again going back to the batch.

Using Win7 SP1

Hi,

Didn't think it was for this version of Windows, but will try it. Thanks

Nat,

As always, make sure your graphic card drivers are the latest and greatest.

Thanks Kerry, will upgrade the graphics card drivers as I haven't done that in a while.

I am having the same problem, it crashes every time I try to print any Nested Layouts depending on the number of items on the list it seems. It will work if I put like 10 of one item but if I go to 11, and try to print, it just crashes...getting rather aggravating. Seems it can only handle a very limited amount of info...I am still on XP unfortunately, I have to run other programs that aren't supported, so I'm kind of stuck with this OS. It also happens on the Windows 7 system we have here, I've tried 4 diff computers, same result.

the hotfix for the appropriate OS has been run on each of the pc's also.

Any suggestions?
