Hi there
We get this style of kitchen quite a bit.
For the shops that have a machine, I am interested in your opinions on whether this is a practicable use.
The doors have a 3mm rad on the face and a bevel with a slight rad at the top applied to the top back of doors and drawers.
The sheets would need to flipped and I am curious as to the accuracy of where the radius's meet and the time taken to do a average kitchen.
Is there much tidying up to do, meaning would the top radius need touching up or would they be ready for undercoating.
Is it worth doing on the machine or is it quicker to use the panel saw and hand held trimmer with 3 mm bit
I am in the process of starting to weigh pros and cons and am interested in any of your feedback.
Thanks
Mark

Re: Sharknose doors
With a bit of tweeting we have gotten our flip opps pretty accurate. However it seems like the sheet would be pretty floppy for doing the flip if the back was all cut up...

Hi David
Thanks for the feedback.
Sorry, I have been busy.
So, It sounds like you would set up the job and do it on the router?
Rather than do them by hand?
