User Data not found

Post by Peter Breeson »

Running 6.1.4

Things were going fine, but now I get "user Data not found" each time I open or reopen the program. I let the software replace the file, but I guess its not?

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Hi Peter, Try running the repair option in add/remove programs in your control panel

Does the path, C:\Users\Public\Documents\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems actually exist on your computer? Are there any files in the eCabinets Systems folder?

The program is running, the path is there. I can still make and save jobs, cabinets, etc., but every time time I start or restart the program I get the error message..
I'd like to just ignore the message, but am worried that something more catastrophic may happen....right when I'm in the middle of something big

Did you delete the cabinets\standard cabinets folder?

Rick, and others....It seems to be my mistake...I did delete the folder "standard cabinets', since I don't keep anything of mine in it. This was the root of my error messages. I put the folder back (empty) and all is good now.
