I searched for this, but didn't find anything. I just noticed it for the first time, yesterday. Designing left and right base cabs for a closet (just mirrored versions of the same cab), the construction setting stipulated 1.25" outside scribe for the left and right stiles. Even though each side only used the left or right stile, the overall cab dimension was reduced by the outside scribe amount of the non-existent stile.
Basically just set construction parameters for face frames, added them, then deleted the unwanted stile. Glad I noticed it before I cut them!
Has this been covered, before? I am pretty new to eCabs.
Thanks,
Ron

Re: Outside scribe changes cab dimensions
Hi, Ron.
Try setting the outside scribe for the style that will be removed to 0.

Re: Outside scribe changes cab dimensions
Hi Scott,
Thanks for the reply. That's what I did, but just found it interesting that the scribe was used, even though the stile was deleted. Seems like a bug to me...
Best regards,
Ron
