Troy,

Looks like it is having an issue inside of a macro rather than the program itself. Go to the C drive and then to the macros folder. For the MACG800.THM, open it in Notepad, delete everything in it and then add one line that is M99. Do the same for 801-809 macros.

Don't do this on the machine, only the desktop edition. Those macros let you reduce the machine's accelerations.

Clint,

Editing the macros fixed the macro errors, but I still get the error on the Z axis. Commenting out the G00Z0.5 or changing the retract height in control nesting is the only thing that gets me past that error.

Troy,

Sorry I was out of office last week. We have two options. I can either get a list of files from you so I can try to replicate the issue on my desktop edition, or you can update the THM10 on machine and desktop then we can go from there. Updating to 10 will require you to run THMSync again as the files are not in the same location.

Let me know how you'd like to proceed.

Clint,
I have tons of stuff at the machine that still needs cut. The biggest thing Ive noticed after running the thmsync program is that the machine has a c: and D: drive and my desktop doesnt it has a C: drive. After running the thm sync it mess's up all my paths on my desktop. I dont wanna move forward with the new version until this version works. It hasnt worked with any other version over the years. I dont like updating the controller unless I have to. Ive had jobs that we cut before then after updates they didnt cut right. I work from home so I'm not in front of the machine.

Troy,

Either post your sync file saved from the machine, or email it to cabinets@thermwood.com. Also include a .twd you have tried and is not working. I may need additional files but that will get me started.

Troy,

In your fixture offset table, change the Z value to -2. That should get you going.

Troy,

Password should be thm.

Correct, by default Z offsets are not wanted in the Fixture Offset Table. Prior to version 10, desktop editions were not as capable at graphing. The -2 should create the offset you need to keep unnecessary error messages away.
