Placing a Face Frame on a wall cabinet with a slanted front

Post by Gheral Braga »

Hello,
I'm trying to build a wall cabinet that the top and the deck are of different depths and apply a face frame to it.
The top is 23" deep and the bottom (deck) is 18" deep.
I've managed to produce the cabinet and when I apply the face frame to it the face frame doesn't tilt and sick to the front, instead it just hangs there perfectly vertical.
Perhaps there's another way to accomplish that.
The cabinet is to hold a chalkboard with a menu.
Thank you for help.

Hi Gheral
I would perhaps try add the face frame as a door,
Add a door through the side menu as in the attached picture

Hopes that helps
Mark

Also Clint.
Ecabs crashed twice when I tried to import Gherals cabinet into ecabs .I placed the cabinet into the cabinet folder and selected it to open it .
I removed the hardware and as I substituted materials. I tried to substitute the edgebanding NUVEO Which is 2438 x 1219 x 3.18 with one of mine.
Ecabs shut down and ask for the error reporting 2 times.
3rd time I added the edgebanding and it loaded okay
