Rolling Nest and Excell

Post by Bill OConnell »

I was setting up to cut some simple rectangular panels and I thought I would give the Excel spreadsheet approach a try. I called up the example on Rolling Nest and followed it. However when I tried to open the sheet in Rolling Nest the program aborted. I tried it again with the same result. Any ideas?

Hey Bill,
I tried this last week and had the same problem so i reinstalled V4.87 and it all worked fine after that.
Just wondering if the Thermwood guys might be able to change how it works so it works the sheet size off the name off the sheet stock? Rather than typing in the size off the board it is already saved in rolling nest isnt it?

Bill,
I also had no problems loading and nesting your excel example list. I am running verison 4.87. If you aren't running that version you should download the update from http://www.thermwood.com.
