Jeremy, I would assume it's related anyway. Even if your not skinning on the problem part it looks like it's still related to the new skin feature. The parts I had problems with cut fine on the initial climb cut pass but did a full circle cut inward on the final conventional pass. It seems to be documented anyway in a few different scenarios.
