Lately my machine has been acting kind of flaky. Several spontaneous reboots, and one time it froze while actually cutting. This morning, after it rebooted, the computer showed the attached "BSOD".
I've also attached a pic of the PLC history (I don't see any way to dump that to a file, hence the "screen shot"). Two things stick out at me: "LABJACK U3 COMMUNICATION FAILURE" and "PPIO DID NOT CONNECT TO PROFIBUS".
The labjack communication failure has shown up in the PLC history every time I've ever looked at it, since it was brand new. Since the machine has worked fine, I assumed it to be inconsequential.
I shut it off and unplugged & re-plugged the USB cable on the red Labjack unit. Still has this error.
Does anyone have any idea what is happening, and how to fix it? Should I start backing up files and preparing for a fatal system crash?
Labjack U3 error?
