I am trying to create a square hole for some recessed handles in the hardware hole editor.
I can drag out the square pattern but when I try numerical entry of the co-ordinates the first dimension takes but the second dimension defers to 0,0
Does anyone else have the same results?
Thanks
Mark

Re: Hardware hole editor
Thanks Kerry.
Nice vid.
I am about tie a rope around this computer and turn it into a boat anchor.
It must be this graphics card, I ended up turning off the force software rendering I needed to get the rendering to work.
It was just slowing the whole of ecabs down and could hardly handle 3 or so cabinets in an assembly, and I can turn it on if I need to render.
Turning that setting on and off doesn't affect this.
Still not working for me.

I'll work it out somehow. Thanks for the help

Re: Hardware hole editor
Mark,
Notice that when you enter your first set of coordinates and hit enter the entry method changes from Absolute to Incremental.
This happened to me as well the first time I tried this. When it happened, I selected the ABS radio button again and everything worked from there.

Re: Hardware hole editor
That"s very perceptive Kerry!
I hadn't noticed that.
And when I switch it back it works for me.
A little tricky test for the noobs like me.
I failed................
Thanks for your time and help again.
Mark.
Ps I might have to put making the boat anchor until next time.
