Placing Stretchers

Post by JohnLashuay »

Does anyone know if it is possible to place a stretcher in a specific position? Specifically moving a stretcher to the front of a panel like a shelf, but only 5" deep.

In our construction process, we place a stretcher in between each drawer. The stretchers we use are 5" deep and we attach them, like a shelf, in order to hide the gap in between drawer faces.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
John

you can move the stretcher anywhere you want with the edit stretcher button. But for some reason it won't see the openings as different sections? I have been using a fixed shelf offset from the back of the cab to give the desired depth.

Greg,

Thanks!

I realized after I posted how I could move the stretcher, and also that it wouldn't recognize the opening.

Thanks for pointing out insetting the back of the shelf. That works great!
