Maybe I am not understanding correctly. Here is what I see.

This problem should not affect door and drawer openings. All that is happening is the Toe Kick is not being included in the calc when you RESIZE the cabinet so you have to add the Toe Kick size to the cabinet height when you resize the cabinet. Thanks guys. Changing all of those Tenon settings one at a time and checking each result starts to become a blur after a while. It is easy to lose track and I was hoping I was just missing something. I will report it if nobody from Thermwood pops in here before I get back from the shop.
