Tool

I used a Whiteside # 1572 point round over 1/4\" , but I recently ordered a 3/16\"so my bead will look like my shaper bead better.

What is the dovetail setting I need to adjust to solve this problem ?? My settings are as follow : Dovetail depth : 0.35\" Dovetail width : 0.55\" Fit clearance : 0.005 Corner radius : 0.125 Thickness : : 64 % (0.590 - 0.21)\\0.59 Corner angle : 7 deg. Material is baltic birch 0.590\"...

Dado not working with easy link

We had no problem doing this a long time ago but since a while it's not working anymore. When we have a dado, and we put a diameter tool , let's say 0.25\" for a dado of 0.4 width, it says that it can't find a tool for an operation.......etc.. so we have to do it with a combination of centerline

We run our dovetail drawers out of 0.580 baltic birch plywood. I was wondering wich tool would be the best for me since you have tools for 1/2\" and 5/8\" materials ?
