Bead on cnc

What cutter do you use to machine bead on your CNC ? The cutter I use is not that perfect, I'm looking for something better. We do some beaded face frame job and when I need to do an arch or any special stuff I do the bead on the cnc so I need to find a cutter that would match my shaper cutter a lit...

You can't see the glaze cause it's light and the quality of the pics is very bad......I'll post some more pics later...

Dovetail

I did'nt touch anything, there's a little \"loose\" but only maybe 1/64\", next time I'll try to adjust it better, but we will have to play with it everytime you start a new batch cause it depends of many things I think, surfacing of the table, use of the tools,etc...

Dovetail drawers

Here's our dovetail drawers for a kitchen going to Cape code. Made of baltic birch, 1/4\" bottom and with our special touch, a solid 1\" walnut edge with a vgroove to split the walnut and the baltic birch. They are made to receive tandem blumotion slides. What do you think about it ?

When I try to run an easy link job, everything's look ok till I try to start the program at my 2nd sheet, I get program error 3420 \"macro file does not exist\" ???????

Maybe but we don't have the profile modeler and I have not heard a lot about it, still waiting to have some thoughts about what I need to upgrade in my controller....

One of our specialty products, archway doors, those are made of cherry. Mastercam and our Thermwood have really changed our lead time for this product, even more for those made of Mdf.

There's a maple vanity we just did for a customer in Boston. Doors center panels were made of bird eyes maple but unfortunatly too light to be seen on the pictures. Granit top by the customer.
