Problems with 5.56
Since I have installed 5.56 I'm having problems with dado. We always worked at 0.03 tolerance and now it's way too much, we got down to 0.015 but it does'nt seem to make any difference ???

Can't Nest !!!
I had control nesting 5.52 and I was not able to nest this job, same problem with 5.53....help please. The .doc is the twd file.

Machining granit ?
Is it possible to machine some vgroove 1/8" deep in granit(photocarving) on our Thermwood ? If so, what type of tooling ?

It happens to me this week but it's always when there's a lot of stress on the tool. I was cutting 1 3/4" solid maple, first pass at 1" depth and the tool was only 1/2" diameter and 4" long so it was probably vibrating cause it was not deep enough in the collet....I think that's ...

Not enough space disk
Since a couple weeks, when I try to nest jobs at the machine I get : Not enough space disk....I deleted a lot of files but still get this message a couple times a day, I have to restart the computer to solve and nest again ?? Can you help ?

Thank you very much. I think I will try the 6140, I think the chip breaker will be helpful and if the finish is not that good I will sand it a little bit. I will still use onion skin and might finish it with a downcut (regular) just to be sure parts hold down. Right now I was using courmatt CU-375-4...

That's great news ! The thing is that in one 4' x 8' sheet I have approximatly 50 pieces of 2 1/4" x 30" (average). So I understand that it's not the same thing than machining 2 table top a sheet, so I do not expect the tool to last 40 sheets but I would like to optimize. Thanks for your h...

Machining solid arborite 3/8" thick
I have a lot of solid arborite 3/8" thick to machine. Pieces are kind of small in width (2 1/4") and will machine approximatly 20 000 ft a year so I want to know what do you guy use to machine this. I will also need to drill holes 3mm or 4mm so need help for this too ! Thank you very much.

Just received my new computer and I want to make sure I reinstall ecab correctly. Do I use the Version 5 cd and after I go in communication and upgrade ?
