where do I download this from, all I see are cabinet libraries, no hardware

someone from ecabinets found a setting on my computer that was not set correctly. after he corrected it all the cabinet libraries showed correctly. it was so long ago I don't remember what the setting was. get them on the phone and they can walk you through it. I am also using XP

I redid the room and cut all the openings at one time, no problems. how do I post the room?

after creating a room I select a wall to cut an opening into. cut opening and go back to room. decide to cut another opening in the same wall, go back to wall editor and after putting in the starting point the program freezes. if you wait long enough the selection screen appears to insert the ending ...

after installing 6.1 I have no more cabinets in my files. I downloaded the framed cabinet library and it shows on the list in cabinets, but there are no cabinets in it. have I lost all my cabinets? how can I get the libraries to show cabinets for me to choose?

when I tried to open 6.1 and it is asking for a reg code. where do I get that from?

thanks guys, I got a new code but when I tried to use it the program was not able to communicate with ecabinets and said I should call. I will try tomorrow. thanks again,

I just built a new computer. how do I install ecabinets on it without havind a new code?

when I tried to open ecab a message box came up saying an upgrade was available. I clicked where it said to get the upgrade, then another box opened saying wait and then everything closed. opened up the program again and tried again from the check for update tab and the same thing happened.
