The entire cabinet is selected (green lines everywhere), but it will not move. Any other ideas?

Moving Items in Cabinet Editor
I am trying to stach some cabinets and align them in the cabinet editor. I am highlighting the cabinet that I wish to move, then press the Ctrl button and click the right mouse button over the object to try and move it. It has worked - sort of once or twice, but not in a consistent manner.
