I'm on dial up. I downloaded the update using firefox and a down load manager would this affect anything? I also saved it to my documents and ran the update from there. Thanks guys I really appreciate your helping me out.

Justin, I tried opening IE and turned off my firewall/anti virus and tried again with the same results.

Hi, I'm one who missed the update and got locked out of E cabs. I have since downloaded the update but when I try to open E cabs it needs to verify my registration.
