I have a problem with the fixed shelves in this cabinet. As you can see in the nesting it puts the blue lines for the tennons in a different position off the actuel part. I have attached the file for you to view.When I send the job to the thermwood to cut it displays the same way.

I have a inserted a stretcher into a cabinet. In the view on my computer screen the stretcher looks perfect. When I nest it half the tennon is missing and this is how the Thermwood wants to cut it. I have tried playing around with tennon offsets and even tried deleting the stretcher and recreaing it ...

Thanks. What I have done is upgraded the control nesting as we were running an older version. Hopefully this will help.

I put a topic in for discussion a few days ago about an error I was getting on the nesting side (DFX Error)
I have since discovered that is was due to grouping the 3 drawer fronts so as to have the grain flow matching.
When I removed the grouping, the cabinet nested with no problem.

When I try and nest one of my cabinets it gives me an error message that reads : Bad DFX Value Parameter.

Can someone please enlighten me as to what is the problem.
