I've experienced the same crash problems that Kerry has...
was told by somebody at Ecabs when I reported problem that I needed to down load new printer drivers
when that didn't work was suggested I down load new video drives,
nothing has changed ... still crashes just going from batch cabinet to ...

I agree ....I learned a long time ago ... make a change ..save... make a change... save ... time consuming but easier then redrawing the entire cabinet with all the changes after crash

I am having the same problem downloading the update
