I saved the error report but can't seem to upload the attachment. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Attached is a copy of the error details. The graphics card is Nvidia Quadro K4000. The system is only a month old so I haven't done any updates as yet.

When in LDE and I hide an item, I cannot print. Ecabs just closes. I've tried several different jobs and the same thing happens every time.

When I did a backup/restore to transfer my files to my new PC, none of the materials (sheet stock, board stock, etc.) showed up. Where would I find them to transfer. The new system is running Windows 8.

Downloaded ecabs to new computer. When I try to run system, the message "hardware database update failed" pops up. Tried to reload program but get the same message.
What would be the fix.

Thanks Kerry. Next time it asks I will let them convert. I was hoping to do it when I had some down time. It seems whenever the opportunity comes up I'm in the middle of something and don't have the time.

Thanks, that is probably the case. I just assumed that they weren't because they are still in a directory called V5 Cabinets and occasionally when I open an old job the system asks if I want to convert the cabinets to V6. I just never had the time to do so.

Has anyone else experienced this? Part editor will not make cuts when editting countertops. It will show material geometry but will not remove any material such as sink cutouts or chamfers. Everything works fine with other materials such as display panels or cubes. This only happens with countertops.

I'm doing all the steps as required but still no resolution. I am running Ecabs on two different computers and am getting the same result on both. Maybe there was a problem when I downloaded V6?

I've increased detail level to max and still no joy. Now the chamfer and fillet cuts don't work either. All I get is the outline of whatever shape I select but no material is removed.

Whenever I try to make a cutout in a countertop in the part editor it will only create the outline but will not remove any material. This only happens with countertops and only with cutouts, chamfer or fillet or any other material works fine. I'm not sure if I'm missing something or some other ...

Two questions: once exported to excel is it possible to sort the cutlist so all parts that are the same size and material show up as a multiple on one line instead of each part being on a seperate line?

I would like to but am having problems attaching the file. I did this work on my laptop and can't seem to attach the file. When I try to copy the files to my PC I can't open anything that was created on the laptop(getting message "error retrieving HOOPS information" or something to that ...
