Is there anyway to track how many cycles are ran of a certain program and the time it was run? We have 3 model 67 machines with XP, Windows 2000, and Windows 7.
Thanks

Re: Axis 5 calibration is "creeping"
Pulleys, belts, or worm gear I would say we run into this from time to time also. When this starts happening we replace all of these. We are also doing a lot of sweeping rotaries with everything we do.

Composites and Thermwoods
Is anybody out there running composites on their model 67 5 axis machines? What is the frequency of having to change bearings, ballnuts, etc...? Is there anything you are doing to minimize the downtime caused from machining composites on these machines?

Tool safety zone with version 8
We just had our big pattern cutting machine upgraded with version 8 and it has been running fine. Today I'm trying to run a pattern on the V-table and it moves over to start cutting and then goes into e-stop. I'm getting a message that is saying toolchange safety zone violation. Any ideas on a ...

5 axis probing
I have just been asked if there was a way to mount a probe in a model 67 5 axis thermwood, probe a series of avk holes, and then shift the trimming program for any variation that may be found in the avk hole locations. I don't know if this is possible just wanting to know if anything is out there ...

dust collection for model 67
Does anybody out there use a dust collection system for a 5 axis model 67 machine. I cut a lot of huge 3d patterns and the machine produces a huge amount of dust and chips. Looking for solution to dusty enviroment not sure if there is a way to attach something to the head or not.

Pulling programs off of a network
I'm trying to set up a system for operators to load files off of a network for security issues with part revisions and such. Is there anyone else out there doing this? When we try to load a program it will only let us access the hard drive on the machine and not go up any farther in the network tree ...
