My computer crashed and I am trying to reload the disk. Every time I do, it comes up with the wizard was interrupted and the system has not been modified and something about the upgrade patch. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

disk will not load
Hi. My computer crashed and I'm trying to load the V5 disk. It goes so far
and then tells me my system has not been modified and to try again later. As you can probably tell I'm alot better at woodworking than at computers. I would appreciate any help anybody could give me.
