Re: Pocket Operations Broken
Marius,
just to make sure, you are using CN v5.47.
It might be the complex geometry of your pocket. Try to change the geometry of the pocket thet does not cut clean. Simplify it.

Re: Can the default be changed
Yes Gary. Make a cabinet and apply all the dados how you want them. Save the cabinet in new directory. For example call the directory "Seed Cabinets", or "Gary's Standard Cabinets". Next time when you need to do a job, insted of opening cabinet from "Standard Cabinets" ...

Re: Depth Clearance
Damon,
the depth clearance is set at .0468" so the hot melt glue can stay inside the dado. So it does not get pushed out.

I got a big job to cut with thousand or so shelves. The shelves have bookends which are dadoed on the top of the shelves. I want to glue them up with hot glue so i do not have to clamp them and because of that the depth clearance is set up at 3/64" (0.0469"). It's looks all good until it's...

Re: Dont want drawerboxes in the cutlist
Steve,
go to door/Drawer Editor and go to Hardware Selection. Pick the slide that you need and associate a hole pattern. After you do that, click on Set as Default Drawer (not Drawer Box) and you are set.

Re: Dont want drawerboxes in the cutlist
Steve,
you do not have to place drawer boxes for the CNC to bore the holes for the slides. You can set up so the holes get bored with the drawer front. Drawer front and doors can be made out of material that's differnt from the cabinet so they can be easily filtered out from the nest.
