The drawbar on our CS45-510 isn't pulling the tool holders in tight I can can grab the toolholder and wiggle it around. After the machine picked up a tool and started running i heard a vibrating sound and I immediately stopped it. The toolholder is clean and so is the cone, all pressures are normal.

The way I would build it is start with a basic base cabinet, no back, add partitions. you cant use normal backs you have to use full height up and down stretchers placed in the center of the cabinet. This cabinet can be made its just hard to explain, the easiest solution is to build two 48w x 84h x 11d cabinets and screw them together back to back.

Turned on our CS45254 this morning and its telling me our copy of Windows Xp must be activated and we have 1 day???? Never did this before.

Since upgrading to this version ( 6.0.16.3) i have lost the complete menu that allows you to (nest to edge of sheet) there isn't even a button on screen to access it. Prior to this i have installed every update since 2007, running window XP pro.

Just looking at my own screen capture and I found the problem, reports some how got set to export and not the printer the way it should be, works fine now!

I get the error when I click on print on the labels screen, this is on the machine.

Using the latest 2/14 version of control nesting, no ideas?

Getting an error this morning (Error in file c:\Rolling Nest\Labels.rpt: Missing or out-of-date export DLL.

I have not noticed specifically when the daylight values go bad but i will be watching now. The EIA book error is occurring on the very first line of code it says" (Thermwood Control Nesting Version 6.02 (vs6.0)) .
