Re: Corner cabinets

Jerry,
I tried your negative number inputs but it still doesn't work. :wall: . I hope the programmers will look into it on Monday because I have a lot of designing to do and it's taking me backwards.

Re: Floor extends past walls

Rick,

I wish to know how it happened. Sometime I like to have the floor going further than the walls because of some open spaces I am working in.

Re: Build 5.2 install error

I was in the middle of a job design when I upgraded it and it took me just a few minutes to familiarize myself with the new environment in custom layout. Way to go guys!

Shop time should be at least a $100.00 an hour. You should double the price: $1,000.00

Re: Face frame and memory

Thanks Todd.
That answer my question very well and it tells me why I have been having so much problems with rendering a particular job I am working on.

Re: waterborne lacquer

The kind of problems you can have is the need for equipment that can support moisture. You will also need filtering before use. Like with solvent base you have to clean your gun on a regular basis. I find also that we have to add water a little bit above the recommended 5% but that hasn't given us a...

Re: waterborne lacquer

Geo, I have been using the Agualente precat for about 1 1/2 year now and I have been using waterborne lacquers for almost 7 years and the Campbell product is the best one I ever tried. You have to be ready for a steep learning curve and a more expensive product than solvent base but I wouldn't and I...

Re: Corner sinks

Sorry Wally, I did a search and now I know who Calmark is. They got in touch with me a couple years back when Rob got is CNC and was looking for clients who needed outsourcing. I might have been in touch with him a couple times since then but because of the ever changing requirements of my productio...

Re: Corner sinks

Wally, My shop is close to the Chinook center. No I do not deal with Calmark. I don't know who they are. I use to deal a lot in plumbing years ago when I had another business. But now with this business I am busy enough that I can afford to concentrate only on cabinetry. I don't know about you, I ha...

Re: Corner sinks

Wally,

Kindred has one. The # is QCR/8. You will find it at most of the wholesalers but you might have to go through a plumber to get it.
You can go on the Kindred site and download their catalogue.
Hope this help.

Re: Cherry Cabinets in a 20x20 Garage

About 20 years ago I had my business in 22 X 24 garage. After complaints about the noise by a neighbor the city made me move out. I rented a 1500 sq ft shop in an industrial park. That was the best thing that happened to me. I more than double my production and double my profit all on my own. I didn...

Re: Tops?

There are a few different ways to da that. The one a use the most is to make my panel out of a side of a cabinet instead of regular panel.
Take a cabinet and delete all the other parts except one side. Size it to the desired dimensions and change it to the material you are using.
Hope this help.
