Re: Oversized Holes

Here is another thought. If one side of your gantry has excess backlash, even a very small amount then any of the holes machined on that side of the gantry might have more play than the holes which are machined on the side of the gantry which has no backlash. It might be worth a look?

Re: Oversized Holes

Are the holes always pocketed in the same sequence-- is the large pocket cut first then the smaller or vice versa -- or does it ever change? there is some thing that is not consistent and it could be sequence or it could be some part of the machine that is in need of fine tuning.

Re: Oversized Holes

Using a quarter inch bit if you change direction of cut, or speed of cut, it could simply be a deflection issue, especially as the bit gets duller. If it is progressively getting worse it is also possible that the pinions or something may need some tightening or adjustment. Is this occurring on the ...

Re: Line Drawing Editor MAJOR PROBLEM

Good Morning,
I had the same problem a couple of days ago so I made sure to save my job incrementally, Print the job, then I scanned it with my scanner and saved it as a PDF. I sent it as an attachment. Not a great solution but it worked,

Re: Corner Cabinet

Good morning, It would seem that either the software has a glich or by design it will not make a proper lock dado joint on a blind corner cabinet with the blind end being flush with the door, at least it will not fit the Dado or the KD fitting properly. It would seem that this is some thing that has...

Re: SB Link Printer Setup

For the past month I have done nothing but overcome computer issues. Since you have just put a new computer into your system is there any thing new in terms of the preinstalled programs that might be interfering? There are a lot of programs that automatically update and they can have an effect on ho...

Re: SB Link Printer Setup

What version of the link are you using ? Did you have to reinstall a bunch of stuff or were you fortunate enough to setup before your old system crashed?

Re: SB Link Printer Setup

I checked it out. I created a nest and then selected print on th SB link. When the print screen came up I had the option of printing sheets or printing labels. I chose print labels and another pop up box presented and gave me the option to print to print the report to a window, to export, or to prin...

Re: Not applying the correct number of hinges

For a little more clarity, I created this cabinet without doors but set up default reveals and gaps for the doors as well as hinges and mounting plates. When I need to apply doors I simply take the cabinet into the cabinet editor- door editor, choose a door and apply. It is supposed to apply the doo...

Not applying the correct number of hinges

Good afternoon, I am trying to develop a new library. I have created an upper cabinet with two shelves and though I have not installed any doors I have set this up to include hinges and mounting plates. If I apply the hinges and mounting plates while installing doors in the door editor of the cabine...

Re: Changing Door/Drawer Front Style in Door Editor?

The program does a very effective job of giving you options. The one to start with is the adjust features button. You use this feature from custom layout once you have your cabinets in the room. Highlight the cabinets you want to change doors or drawer fronts on. In the right hand menu select adjust ...

Re: Screen print - versus using the camera in LDE

What are you wanting to print that you don't see? while you are in the line editor if you left click "file" in the upper left corner the drop down menu gives print options. When I select the print option it prints the line drawing and all of the info on the line drawing but it does not pri...

Sorry Don,

You have to render the room and then right click the wall before you hit presentation view. It gives you hide options .
