HELP, I opened ecab, loaded job file to change as per customer's request,needed help with something but when I clicked on the drop-down menu for "ecab help manual" it will not show up.

Kerry, I hit your download, it went to downloads in computer,I opened ecabs/import and draged&dropped it, but when I right click I do not get EXTRACT ALL, it just try's to open in ecabs but ecabs say's it is an INVALID FILE TYPE.I must have completly gone crazy because I can not get ecabs to work ...

I guess i have forgotten how to move downloaded stl files ,from Osborne,into ECabs. I am not having any luck. Please remind me of right process. I have windows7. Thanks in advance
