Can someone tell me how to use the scanner to read the off fall pieces? when do you actually scan a piece of material?

We were using the default pattern in the program. Maybe its not set up correctly?

Hello I also have a question.

I can not seam to get the blum back plate holes to drill to the right depth it just leaves a dimple mark where the back plate should go.

Can someone help with this simple problem.
